GRIEVANCE DAY PROCEDURE
Grievance Day will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the town hall located at 18 Russell Avenue, Ravena, NY. You must contact the Assessor’s office at 518-756-6006 extension ‘5’ to schedule an appointment with the Board of Assessment Review. The deadline for scheduling an appointment is Monday, May 24, 2021 by 4:30 pm.
Walk-ins will be accepted but you may need to come back if a time-slot is not available. Appointments are preferred.
Please be aware, all hearings will be recorded per New York State Law.
Masks are required.
Your Complaint Form (RP-524) with all supporting documentation must be received on or before Tuesday, May 25, 2021 in the Assessor’s Office. Complaint on Real Property Assessment (Form RP-524) is on the town’s website (Assessor’s page under: forms used by the Assessor) Comparables can be found by clicking the SDG Image Mate Online link.
