The Town of Coeymans is looking to fill a part-time position for Town Hall Cleaning Services, at our two locations of 18 Russell Avenue and 54 Mountain Road Ext. Cleaning will be done on Mondays and Thursdays from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm, all cleaning supplies are provided!
The Police Department, Town Clerk, and Justice Court are located at 18 Russell Ave Ravena NY, 12143, and will require the following for cleaning:
- Vacuuming all carpeted floors
- Mopping all tile floors
- Restocking paper/soap products in all bathrooms
- Cleaning sinks, toilets, and mirrors in all bathrooms
- Cleaning all windows and glass doors
- Dusting of all high and low areas, including window sills
- Disposal of all trash/boxes (dumpster on site)
The Supervisor’s Office, Assessor’s Office, and Building Department are located at 54 Mountain Road Ext. Ravena, NY 12143, and will require the following for cleaning:
- Sweeping all tile floors
- Mopping all tile floors
- Restocking paper/soap products in all bathrooms
- Cleaning sinks, toilets, and mirrors in all bathrooms
- Cleaning all windows and glass doors
- Dusting of all high and low areas, including window sills
- Disposal of all trash/boxes (dumpster at 18 Russell Ave)
