Grievance Day 2023
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023 from 1:00pm to 8:00pm, at 18 Russell Avenue, Coeymans, (to hear and examine all complaints concerning assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved. Please call the Assessor’s Office to schedule an appointment at 518-756-6006 extension 5, prior to Grievance day. Procedures and forms on how to contest an assessment is available on the State of New York Office of Real Property Services website.
