NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for “2023 OR NEWER F350 4X4 SUPERCAB /148 PICKUP TRUCK” for the Coeymans Town Highway Department will be received by the Office of the Town Clerk at 18 Russell Avenue, Ravena, New York, 12143 until 2:00 p.m. on May 11, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Town is looking to purchase said equipment at a purchase price not to exceed $32,500 after trade-in value of existing 2018 F150 4×4 (44,000 miles). Bid instructions, specifications, and forms may be obtained from the Town website at www.coeymans.org or the Town Clerk’s office at the address stated above. The trade-in vehicle can be inspected at the Town Highway Department, 1305 State Route 143, Coeymans Hollow, New York 12045 by appointment (518) 756-2251.
Sealed bid proposals must be received by Town Clerk by no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 11, 2023. No electronically submitted bids will be accepted. All bids must be submitted on the bid forms provided.
The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bid and to reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids.
