NOTICE
ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW 4 OF 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Coeymans adopted Local Law 4 of 2020 at a regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on June 25, 2020; said law was filed with the NYS Department of State on June 29, 2020.
The Intent of Local Law 4 of 2020 is to advance and protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the Town of Coeymans by creating regulations for the installation and use of solar energy generating systems and equipment
