IMPORTANT REASSESSMENT INFORMATION 2020

UPDATE FOR THE 2020 REASSESSMENT PROJECT

If you have a scheduled phone interview with consultant Larry Farbstein or Andrew Farbstein (Industrial & Utility Valuation Consultants), the consultants are working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, therefore, a private number will appear on your caller ID. All scheduled phone calls will be done by April 10, 2020.

If you did not schedule an appointment by March 20, 2020 the tentative roll will be available on or before May 1, 2020. At this time, you can complete a Grievance Complaint form and submit it along with all supporting documentation. This must be received on or before May 26, 2020. As of May 1st you call the Assessor’s Office to schedule an appointment for Grievances Day. If you want the Assessor to review your complaint before Grievances Day, you can submit your grievance form and supporting documentation to the Assessor’s Office before May 15, 2020. You have the option of emailing your information to assessor@coeymans .org, or mailing it to 18 Russell Avenue, Ravena, NY 12143, or dropping it off at the town hall.
