NOTICE
OF
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Coeymans will meet and hold a Public Hearing, at the Town Hall, 18 Russell Avenue, Ravena, New York, at 6:00pm on Thursday, November 5, 2020 for the purpose of hearing comments on the 2021 Preliminary Budget.
Pursuant to Section 108 of Town Law, listed below are the proposed salaries of Elected Officials.
Supervisor (1) $45,000.00
Councilman (4) $12,500.00 each
Justice (2) $23,000.00 each
Highway Supt. (1) $60,000.00
Town Clerk (1) $50,500.00
A copy of the budget will be available at the Town Clerk’s Office, 18 Russell Avenue, Ravena, New York, where it may be viewed, and a copy can be obtained during regular business hours. It will also be available on the Town website.
At the above date, time and place all interested persons are welcome to attend and will be heard. Due to limited space and COVID-19 procedures the Town Board encourages you to submit your comments on this matter beforehand by submitting a letter, email or telephone call to the Town Clerk’s Office at townclerk@coeymans.org or 518-756-6006, Ext. 3 until 4:00pm the date of the meeting. The above phone number will also be available during the public hearing for those who would prefer to call in.
