NOTICE
OF
PUBLIC HEARING
ON A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Coeymans will hold a Public Hearing on July 22, 2021 beginning at 6:30pm at Coeymans Town Hall, 18 Russell Avenue, Ravena, NY for the purpose of hearing public comments on the possible submission of a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application for the 2020-2021 program year. This grant is aimed at Public Infrastructure/Facilities: Sewer in order to upgrade the sewer system that was installed in 1968.
The Town Board will also hear comments on other grants that they are considering:
- Environmental Protection Fund: Parks, Preservation and Heritage Grant
- Engineering Planning Grant: Sewer Extension
- Thruway Interchange Planning Grant
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all comments on the CDBG program or proposed project, as well as the other grants, will be heard at this time and place.
