Pursuant to Town of Westerlo Local Law 1 of 2020, Article 17.10 Section 10
A visual test to be conducted utilizing a crane or other acceptable means, but not a balloon to document the extent of visual impact.
The Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals are to be notified at least 72 hours prior to the testing date. Photographs of the view test showing the impact of the proposed facility on the abutting street, adjacent property owners and the residential neighborhood shall be submitted.
Application #20-01 is before the Town of Westerlo Planning Board to increase the height of the BARNSIDE CELL TOWER, 6419 SR 32 from 140′ to 165′ (4′ whip to the top ). As a requirement of the Plannning Board, AT&T will be providing a visual demonstration on Saturday November 14th, 11AM-1PM through the use of a drone and a large suspended fixture depicting the 25′ height.

As in the past, as a courtesy, we have notified the abutters and the surroundinng towns as well as publishing in the local papers and on the website.
