NOTICE
ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW 2 OF 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Coeymans adopted Local Law 2 of 2020 at a Special Town Board Meeting on February 25, 2020.
The Intent of Local Law 2 of 2020 is to require an applicant before the Planning Board/Zoning Board of Appeals to be responsible for professional costs incurred for the review of their application through the creation and funding of an escrow account.
