The Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) and the Department of Health (DOH) are seeking comments from the public regarding the Draft 2019 Intended Use Plans (IUPs) for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF). The Draft IUPs are available at www.efc.ny.gov.
A public meeting and hearing will be held to review the Draft 2019 CWSRF and DWSRF IUPs, including the lists of projects that may receive financial assistance during federal fiscal year 2019, and to receive public comment. The public meeting and hearing will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2018 starting at 2:00 pm, at the headquarters of the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, 625 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207, Public Assembly Room 129A/B. Public notices of this meeting and hearing were published in the Environmental Notice Bulletin (ENB) and in the State Register on July 11, 2018.
Written comments will be accepted on the Draft 2019 IUPs until 5 p.m. on Monday, August 27, 2018. Written comments on the Draft 2019 CWSRF IUP should be submitted to:
