INVITATION FOR BIDS
Wastewater Sludge Hauling and Disposal

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Coeymans, Albany County, New York, hereby invites sealed bids for:

Wastewater Sludge Hauling and Disposal services for Coeymans Wastewater Pollution Control Facilities (WPCF)

All prospective bidders may call John Kerr, Chief Operating Officer at 518-756-6180 regarding this bid.  Bid packages can be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm or online at http://coeymans.org.

Bids will be received at the Town Clerk’s Office, Town of Coeymans Town Hall, 18 Russell Avenue, Ravena, NY 12143 up to 2:00pm on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 and read aloud on that same day at 2:00pm.

The Town of Coeymans reserves the right to award or reject any and all bids or waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions if, in its judgment, it is in the best interests of the Town. Final contract is to be awarded and approved only after approval by the Town Board of the Town of Coeymans.

The bidder is responsible for compliance with all federal and state laws and guidelines for this bidding process.
